At Pebbl Innovations Ltd, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable experience. If a refund is due, we will process it promptly and fairly in line with your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All products are supplied in accordance with UK law and must be:

Minor cosmetic imperfections from 3D printing are not considered defects unless they affect functionality.
Eligibility for Returns
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as described

You notify us of the return within the required timeframe (see Your Right to Cancel below)
We do not restrict refunds for change-of-mind returns, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notification, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items must be returned:

In their original packaging

In a condition suitable for resale
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To exercise this right, you only need to inform us within 14 days that you wish to return the item. You do not need to return the item within the 14 days; notification is sufficient.
After notifying us:

You have a further 14 days to return the goods

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
Your Right to Reject Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your product is:

Faulty

Not as described

Not fit for purpose
You have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the issue is confirmed:

Pebbl Innovations Ltd will cover return shipping costs

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
This right is separate from and in addition to your 14-day change-of-mind right.
Repair or Replacement (After 30 Days)
If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to request:

A repair, or

A replacement
We will provide a repair or replacement where possible. If neither is possible, an appropriate refund may be issued in accordance with UK consumer law.
All exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at hello@pebblinnovations.com. We may ask you to provide a short video of the item for review before proceeding.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges and replacements. Requests should be made via hello@pebblinnovations.com.
Exchanges are only for products that are:

Faulty

Not as described

Not fit for purpose
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective item or a fulfillment error on our part, Pebbl Innovations Ltd will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, including those due to change of mind, customer error, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
