Welcome to Pebbl Innovations Ltd. By accessing or using our website (www.pebblinnovations.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms and associated policies are available in English, German, French, Finnish, Italian and Dutch. By using this website, you agree to the Terms in the language provided to you.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that may:

  • Damage, disable, or impair the website; or

  • Interfere with another user’s experience.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on this website belong to Pebbl Innovations Ltd or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information. 

5. Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, countries, France, and the United States.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for loss or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

6. Payment

We currently accept debit and credit card payments only.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully completed.

  • By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable shipping fees.

7. Refund, Returns & Exchanges

At Pebbl Innovations Ltd, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable experience. As this is a limited early release, we value your feedback and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order.

All products are supplied in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

We carefully inspect all printed parts; however, 3D printing may produce minor cosmetic imperfections. These will only be considered defective if they affect the operation or functionality of the product. For example, small surface marks or print lines that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.

7.1 Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To exercise this right, you only need to inform us within 14 days that you wish to return. You do not need to return the item within those 14 days; notification is sufficient. You can contact us via hello@pebblinnovations.com.

After notifying us:

  • You have a further 14 days to return the goods.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7.2 Your 30 day right

If your product is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

You have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the issue is confirmed:

  • Pebbl Innovations Ltd will cover return shipping costs.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

This right is separate from and in addition to your 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

7.3 Repair or Replacement (After 30 Days)

If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to request:

  • A repair, or

  • A replacement

We will provide a repair or replacement where possible. If neither is possible, an appropriate refund may be issued in accordance with UK consumer law.

All exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at hello@pebblinnovations.com. We may ask you to provide a short video of the item for review before proceeding.

7.4 Exchanges

We do offer exchanges and replacements.

  • Requests should be made via hello@pebblinnovations.com

  • Exchanges are only for products that are:

    • Faulty

    • Not as described

    • Not fit for purpose

7.5 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Pre-Orders Canellations

We’re happy to cancel a pre-order and issue a full refund, provided production of your item has not yet started.

As our products are made to order, once manufacturing has commenced or the item has been completed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pebblinnovations.com.

8.2 If Production Has Begun

Where production has started or the item has been made, cancellation may not be available. However, your statutory rights under UK consumer law will still apply once the goods have been delivered.

8.3 If We Cannot Fulfil the Order

If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Breach of your statutory rights under UK consumer law; or

  • Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebbl Innovations Ltd (including its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Misuse of our products;

  • Use contrary to provided instructions or safety guidance;

  • Use with incompatible, damaged, or improperly installed cables, devices, or power sources; or

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage to charging cables, connected devices, power sources, or personal property where such damage results from the situations described above.

Users are responsible for ensuring that Pebbl Innovations Ltd products are used with compatible cables, devices, and power sources, and in accordance with all provided instructions and safety guidelines.

All products supplied by Pebbl Innovations Ltd are provided in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Except for those statutory rights, no additional warranties or guarantees apply unless expressly stated in writing.

Product Safety Notice: Not a toy. For functional use only.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
