At Pebbl Innovations Ltd, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience. As this is a limited early release, we carefully process and dispatch orders to ensure each product meets our quality standards before leaving our workshop.

All of our products are manufactured in-house using our 3D printing process, which means processing times may vary slightly depending on demand.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners. These may include:

  • Royal Mail

  • Teleship

  • Other courier services depending on destination and shipping requirements

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on destination and courier. Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

For pre-orders, shipping will commence on or after the official shipping date stated on the product page. Delivery timelines for pre-orders are estimates from the dispatch date, not the order date, and may be subject to change.

Shipping Responsibility

Pebbl Innovations is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be merged or combined once placed. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

While we will assist in resolving delivery issues, Pebbl Innovations Ltd cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pebblinnovations.com and provide photos of the packaging and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
