Journal Entry 005- Sold Out… Again? 🫢

Hey everyone! 👋
We’ve sold out AGAIN – and we honestly don’t have the words (but we’ll try). Thank you SO much for the love, the support, and the wild amount of orders you’ve placed. We’re so grateful to every single one of you who’s believed in Pebble One and what we’re building.
Right now, it’s just the two of us (Holly & Arik), and we’re working around the clock to get every single order made, packed, and shipped with care. And when I say we are working around the clock we are working pretty much 24/7 on these. We’re moving as fast as we can, and we wanted to give you a quick reminder on timelines:
If you ordered a magnetic Pebble One, we’re aiming to have your order packed and sent out within 3 weeks from your purchase date.
If you ordered the non-magnetic version, we’re aiming to ship it within 6 weeks from your purchase date.
Just to clarify – these timeframes are for when your package leaves us and heads to the post office. Once it’s in Royal Mail’s hands, it typically takes 5–6 working days to arrive, depending on where you are.
The reason for the delay? Simply put: the demand has been absolutely wild. We’ve now invested in extra 3D printers to speed up production (our bedroom looks like a mini factory 😅), and we’re also exploring ways to outsource some of the work so we can grow and deliver even faster.
We're doing everything we can to keep up while still making sure each Pebble One meets the standard you deserve. Thank you again for your patience, kindness, and support – it means more than you know.
