What is the Pebble One Slim – Automatic Cable Winder? +

The Pebble One Slim is an automatic cable winder designed for cables up to 1 meter in length. It retracts cables effortlessly at the press of a button, keeping your workspace neat and clutter-free. It works best with cables that are 3–4mm thick, with official Apple cables recommended. Other cable sizes are not advised currently, but we're developing versions to fit longer and different cables in the future.

Where can I find the instructions? +

Instructions come with every order as a small circular QR code that links to a video guide. You can also find this anytime by visiting the "About Us" section and selecting "How to Pebble" on our website.

How to Return +

What is your returns policy? +

Please check our full returns policy on the Terms and Conditions page linked in the footer. Key points:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be in original packaging and suitable for resale
Exchanges are not available due to limited stock; approved returns are refunded only
Return shipping is covered by Pebbl Innovations only for defective items or errors on our part
For other returns, customers pay return shipping

How are returns processed? +

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the outcome. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What about pre-orders? +

Pre-orders are charged at purchase to secure stock. Estimated shipping dates may change; we'll inform you of any delays. Pre-orders cannot be refunded unless we fail to fulfill your order. If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
