Journal Entry 004- The Viral Video

Alright, so if you’re reading this, you probably found us through our viral video – the one that somehow hit 7.6 million views (still kind of mind-blowing, to be honest). First off, thank you for being here! We’ve had a flood of questions since, and while we’ve been trying our best to reply to every single one, we figured it’d be easier to share some behind-the-scenes vibes here. So, here’s the scoop on what’s been going down:
🚚 Shipping – Where Do We Ship?
Alright, let’s tackle the big one. Right now, we only ship to a few select countries in the EU, plus the US and UK. Why not worldwide, you ask? Well, it’s a bit of a logistical headache (import taxes, customs, and other not-so-fun stuff), but don’t worry – we’re working on it! We hear you, and we want to get our products in as many hands as possible. Just stick around, and we’ll keep you posted. 🌍✈️
💻 Wires for Laptops?
Yup, we’ve seen the messages – a lot of you want a laptop cable organizer, and the good news is, it’s not as far off as you might think. Arik (our CEO) is already testing out a prototype, making sure it’s up to his ridiculously high standards. Trust us, he’s a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to this stuff, but that’s what makes these products so special. 😅 Stay tuned, something good is coming!
🥰 How We’re Really Feeling
Honestly, we’re overwhelmed (in a good way). It’s just me (Holly) and Arik over here, making and packaging every single order by hand. When we see those orders come in, it’s a real, heartwarming reminder of why we started this. I asked Arik how he’s feeling about his design blowing up around the world, and he said he’s just excited, excited that something he’s poured months of hard work into is finally getting the attention he dreamed of. We can’t wait to get these orders out to you all.
💡 Lessons Learned
Here are a few things this crazy journey has taught us so far:
People are good
People love magnets.
Sometimes you just have to start before you’re ready.
If it feels like a good idea, don’t overthink it – just start and make it click.
